Ijma or Qiyas is only allowed if it's also in-line with Quran and Hadith. Ijma or Qiyas against Quran and Hadith means nothing in Islam.

If it is not in line with the Quran/Hadith then it is not valid to begin with. The whole concept of Qiyas and Ijma is to remain within the bound and folds of Islam.

That will never happen because the Messenge of God said that the majority of Muslims will never agree on something wrong.

There is a Hadith about the end times which means that "a time will come when men will marry men and women will marry women."

This whole lgbtq thing is a fad and is part of a concoction the Western ruling class came up with to distract the masses from the fact that most of them are living in debt, struggling paycheck to paycheck and there are not many high paying jobs for them.

Tasawwuf is Tazkiya, which is just praying mandatory prayers on time and keeping ritual cleanliness, avoiding haram etc.

The scholars have already defined and addressed these terms in volumes and there is ample amounts of work to read. Feel free to consult any classical text.

Shrines are a one thing. But these so called shrines make a mockery of Islam. Not only that, they are nothing but a money making scheme for the families running them. It is in the interest of these power structures to keep people uninformed and lowly educated.

If they are making money, then government has every right to collect taxes. Just imagine if you own some land and discover it has oil in it. Does government have any rights on those resources? Can they seize your assets? They have no legal rights but they can tax you if it benefits you monetarily. Let's take the example of Kartarpur Corridor that was developed for Sikhs to do their worship. Your government realized the importance of religious tourists. Your government spent less than 10% of all the taxes that were collected in development of this Corridor. They kept 90% and gave a puny 10% as symbol of religious harmony. This is a win win situation for both. I will not go into battle with you on what Islam says about other worship places or shrines. Because we have our own faith, we should respect each other.

This is why all these shrines should be taken over by government and money coming from devotees should be used for infrastructural development of that shrine area .In India big mandirs are controlled by the shrine boards in which senior govt officer is president of the board .
