Burning Istanbul? April Fools Day was a long time ago friend.

At any rate the French are still ready to enforce this buffer zone and as it does also target ISIS it fits in with the U.S. strategy of "degrading and destroying" ISIS. So you never know if the U.S. will say yes or no for sure

And make no mistake, the Republic WONT allow a Kurdish state to be formed on its southern flank no matter what the international community says.
