Hire some hollywood director ... Lollywood directors would ruin it by putting unnecessary romance in it... hint: Sherdil - The movie! Please make a movie on Swift Retort. Something with sherdil like graphics.
Feb 26 / 27 was Hollywood material.
ISPR kindly look into it.
They are indeed the class. Sad to see some ppl here undermine its capabilities

Why did the Indian ground defenses fired a Spyder SAM at a target flying within the Indian side of LOC ?. This is the point that has never been raised by Indian MOD or otherwise, at least not openly. Keep in mind that the Spyder SAMs, supplied by Israel to India has a maximum range of 20km.
As the details of operation Swift Retort gradually get leaked, the cause of Indian panic and desperation becomes obvious. Once again why fire a SAM over own airspace when you allegedly have own fighter jets in the area.
The whole scenario now confirms that the PAF actually crossed the LOC, not only to strike at Indian targets but also as a follow up.
It's now said that after IAF Pilot Wing Commander Abhinandan crossed the LOC and ended up getting shot down, PAF pilot Squadron Leader Hassan and party went over to challenge the IAF, thus during this process S/L Hassan fired his AMRAAM at the IAF formation scoring a hit on the SU-30 thus forcing the rest of the IAF fighters to flee from the scene. Since no IAF aircraft was in a position to challenge the intruding PAF fighters, thus in desperation the Indian ground defenses fired at what they assumed to be a PAF aircraft but shot down their own helicopter in process. So yes, throwing the challenge in broad daylight, the PAF did cross the LOC on that fateful day.
It's like 27th Feb was a movie and every now and then a deleted scene is revealed. xD
PAF Museum in Karachi now Have a Gallery Named” Operation Swift Retort”SU-30 hit is still unverified. Until PAF releases the proof, The claim will just remain a claim.
Yes, PAF went deep inside GanguOccupiedAreaz...

27th February 2019 – SURPRISE DAY (Operation Swift Retort)
On 27th February 2019, as promised to the nation, PAF decide to give its desired response to tempted Indian Aggression on 26th Feb 2019. The retaliatory Package was launched in the broad daylight, comprising of PAF F-16’s JF-17s and Mirages. The package was provided electronic warfare support by DA-20 and combat controlling was also carries out by Air Defense Controllers. AF Struck Indian Army Garrison in response to the IAF’s abortive Strike. In he ensuing air battle the Air Warriors of PAF Shot down Indian Air Force SU-30 MKI and Mig-21 Bison Aircraft. Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthman flying he Mig 21 bison was taken as prisoner of War. The overwhelming qualitative application of Air Power by PAF left the Indian in disarray and created a profound for of confusion during which IAF shot down one of its own MI-17 Helicopter, a classic case of fratricide. This aerial encounter proved PAF definite edge of its qualitative training superior planning and swift execution. Shaheens of PAF also carried their rich legacy and proved equal to the task. However, the purpose of this mission not to foster an environment of all-out war but to essentially demonstrate that Pakistan had he resolve as well as the capability of respinding in kind. a sage of excellence professional and an era of pro-active approach of PAF airmen who proved their mettle yet again, that makes PAF second to None.

You think PAF is claiming this and opening galleries and putting names of who did this operation is just a claim...?? I don't think so.. what proof you want>? OSINT has already established SU-30 MKI kill...
its normal to alert whole air defence in surrounding areas . if helicopter didnt turn on friend and foe transponder it was pilot fault.
and no .... PAF didnt dare like this to went insider and stay inside IOK airspace for much long. it was only shoot and scoot

Do you know initially Sir Kaiser Tufail was saying that NO PAF aircraft crossed the LOC and even the Mirages launched their weapons from within Pakistani air space but gradually the reality dawned .Your Account is based on lot of wrong assumptions. Kindly refer to Kaiser Tufail Version and The SU-30 shotdown details plaque put up by PAF. Pakistani F-16 never crossed the LoC. SU-30 was vectored towards the strike package, hence Hassan Siddique fired at it to disperse it and it was the first volley of airbattle. Mig-21 shoot down came at the last when Su-30 and Mirages left the airspace.
SU-30 hit is still unverified. Until PAF releases the proof, The claim will just remain a claim.
while i have had my reservations on your "revelations"....![]()
