Hi all.
I've seen in many threads that people from Pakistan claim that the Indo-US nuclear deal was in violation of international laws and hence is illegal.
What I do not understand though is precisely which laws did we break because as far as I know, India and US got a legitimate waiver from NSG for India and also new laws were crafted in both the countries and as well as the NSG.
I understand it as a case of drafting newer laws to supersede older ones while many Pakistanis claim that it violates laws...how exactly?
If, for example, a newer law is passed and it replaces the older law, how exactly is this 'illegal'?
