What is the doctrine of "Minimum Deterrence" for Chinese!!

Lets face it China is facing open hostilities from both USA and the Europeans.
Any chance for them to bury China they would. The problem is that they are never going to get that chance in the near or far future, China has attained that power, which is a self defense in itself.

18 DF-41 just for the parade, that's like 180 missiles. China must have more than 18 DF-41 and then there are other land and sea based nuclear missiles. China having thousands of nuclear missiles looks more credible to me rather than the 250-260.
