I would agree Indian narrative gets marginally more acceptance, but that could be because it's more part of the western bloc than Pakistan. We both know being right or wrong on the issue doesn't matter, otherwise the western bloc would not be in bed with the Saudis.

I would also say Indians overestimate how much their narrative gets a buy-in in the west. A good example is the Taliban. While there is obviously some overlap in the west and India over the role of Pakistan vis-a-vis Taliban, the west is nowhere near as fixated on Pakistan as India.
