Is DF-21D too heavy to be deployed on a large AC? If that can be done then this AC becomes a AC killer roaming the sea chasing other ACs? How likely is that scenario?

The missile cannot operate as a stand alone weapon, it needs dedicated support from a range of sensors (satellites, UAVs or even possibly underwater sensors etc), it's questionable that China has the capability at this stage to cover its own maritime borders, let alone sticking it on a carrier and expect it to operate in deep sea far beyond China's borders.

If the AC can carry DF-21D, it would be better utilizing the space for other supplies and equipments. The missiles are already covering enough range and it is deployed around China, there is no need for it to be on the Carrier or ships.

Very unlikey.

Putting a large missile on a large plane and having it "roam the sea" just makes it more vulnerable. At least if you launch it from land, it can be covered by an IADS.

Secondly, a ballistic missile is not like a cruise missile or a glide bomb or some other stand-off weapon. China has H6-K & CJ-10 cruise missiles for that.

However, I can see a future space plane carrying the missile into space to avoid launch detection. The space plane would then be able to update targetting data before it releases the missile for re-entry.
