Delhi HC- Central Govt Notification 'Suspect'

You realize that Nitin Gadakari is part of government?

And do you realise that loans to him were sanctioned as well as written off during Congress regim itself. Come on don't be biased, loans have been written off many a times in past too.

Yeah, and it was the congress that asked him to appoint his driver as a director for his numerous bogus companies too I guess.

Numerous ??

Is there something unconstitutional about that ??

I'm sure it's an indication that everything is above board. In fact several of his relatives whom he had appointed directors didn't even know they were directors. Surely that does not indicate corruption.

ANs should you not apologize to the whole country in bringing a corrupt government like Modi to power?

Again an irresponsible and baseless allegation by the follower of Mr. Kejriwal, not a single case of corruption has been observed in the last one year of BJP government. Very unfortunate behaviour @Guynextdoor2

Besides, you have just avoided the case of Ms. Gamlin, how do you think she has colluded with the power companies and robbed people of Delhi? :)

Delhi HC strike down central govt notification to curtail powers of Delhi Govt.

Congrats Bhakts. Till now only people thought you guys were full of BS, now even the courts are saying that fenku sarkar is full of it.

(my choice of words has been altered to suit the decorum of the forum, else,,,,,)

In Public Cabinet Meeting Arvind Kejriwal Vows to Take Back Powers From Centre: 10 Facts

Kejriwal should dissolve the Central Government.

No previous CMs had a problem with the Lt. Governor, only this guy is busy creating dramas!

Though I think he should be given a free hand to rule Delhi as per his whims, because Kejriwal and his party thrives on controversies and media attention, deny him any opportunity to create controversies, lack of controversies means the focus will shift to governance and fulfillment of his promises, he is likely to fail in both, then highlight his failures. So, if he wants to remove half of his IAS officers, then first make it clear to him officially that finding replacements from other states means consent from other state governments, that he has to arrange himself, and then just remove them as per his whims. With half of the officers gone, governance will suffer, and people will start questioning the government.

Well, I expect another special Delhi assembly session to pass a resolution declaring the court's ruling void. After all, how can some court pass judgement against the elected representative of the great people of Delhi? :sarcastic:

As for that Guynextdoor fellow, never understood his obsession/hate towards Modi. Anyway, to each his own.
