Russia has learnt this kind of diplomacy from India. And will now use it on India.

Just like cunning India does, keep everyone in illusion that India is with them. Use West against Russia/China and vice versa, similarly Iran against KSA/Gulf & vice versa, Israel against Palestine &vice versa.

yes and the thing is, nobody can deny or reject all of the signed documents & UN resolutions. India tried to show some bravado but, it is true that Modi is now boxed. Either he has to commit the wrong & try to enforce his violation by arm or has to take back. The former, which seems to be the case; will then ignite a huge disaster in the region and only latter can save the day which will hurt their ego too much hence, Modi may be looking for some scapegoat to get out of situation & then will take back what he did in Kashmir by way that deluded masses will not see the defeat at all - the usual Indian style.

It matches very well with Russian stance:

World community is now taking intrest & world leaders are ready to play thier role for resolution of dispute between N-armed states because it is not bilateral issue. How a sane man can term this kashmir conflict, a threat to regional peace as a Bilateral issue?

We must continue our aggressive diplomacy & we sholud convince world leaders to do more for betterment of humanity & human rights.

before becoming another Arnab; don't forget that India is running away from Simla & Lahore accord as well.... You don't read what Russians said about UN Resolutions on the day first when India violated the agreements in IoK.
