The last of Mirage will be Upgraded by 2021,So thats 10 Years for Total Upgrade Until which the Initially Upgraded Mirages would have Completed Half of its Upgraded Life

there are two upgrade programs for the su 30 - one is the brahmos upgrade which will be applied to only 42 while the other is the super 30 which will be applied to all the sukhois

Initially only New Order of 42 Sukhois will be Armed with BrahMos , But more Order may Follow Up , Old Airframes can be Modified to fit in BrahMos with the Upgrades they will go Through

No only 42 will be upgraded to carry Brahmos as it is more than enough and all the Su30 mki will be upgraded under Super 30 program staring from the first 42 aircrafts and followed by the last 42 ordered most recently and then slowly by then end of decade all of them will be upgraded to Super 30.
