1. If structural integrity of a building is compromised, it is wise to bring it down.
2. Debris from the collapse of Twin Towers damaged multiple buildings in the surroundings including WTC-7.
3. Different types of structures exist in New York City. It is impossible to tell how each building would fare when exposed to similar types of stresses.
4. Only the developer of WTC-7 can tell why it failed, rest is noise.
