What Chinese are producing is not cheap shit, their quality is decades ahead of ours. The dilema of our industry is that our people never invest in technology and keep doing the things their grand parents started a 100 years ago. If you want to export and compete in the international market, then you must focus on who your customer is. People don't buy knives because they need them, they because they love them and their knowledge level is way higher than our manufacturers.
