I never understood the term Chak de India
The real phrase, "Chak de pathay" means to heave up logs or planks. Chak also means to bite, Chak can also mean a village or even to tear something apart. All things would portray a negative sentence for India. Chak De Pathay, India would mean India comes and demolishes the planks. Chak De India means India gets demolished.
Has the song been composed by a non-Punjabi speaker?
Punjabi nuances haven't been used right.
Nice to see that percussions guy, I always liked his stuff. Insane talent.

i had this question in my mind...
How/what were the Pakistanis feeling while watching this?

Don't think it was shown live in Pakistan, except for some Pakistani news channels showing a few minutes of live coverage a couple of times in their news bulletins.
