Kohat Police arrested Saadullah Khan (Head Bouty 02 Million PKR), the most wanted terrorist of banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan.

The arrested terrorist was wanted by CTD Hangu and Kohat police in several terrorist incidents.

Razmak, North Waziristan

In an intelligence based operation in Razmak Bazar, security forces arrested 02 suicide bombers trained by TTP Hafiz Gul Bahadar Group - HGB.

The arrested suicide bombers belong to very poor families, from whom the TTP had promised to pay one lakh rupees to their families in exchange for the suicide attacks.

TTP is forcing poor and young boys to carry out suicide attacks by luring them with money.

The law enforcement agencies will continue to crush TTP's evil ambitions with public cooperation and will bring them to a terrible end.

A successful operation by security forces in the outskirts of Tank, Gomal resulted in the arrest of a key terrorist belonging to the TTP (Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan).


Further arrests are anticipated as the initial investigation progresses. The encirclement of terrorists in Gomal and surrounding areas is intensifying, leaving them with no safe havens.

Six terrorists held, suicide jacket, explosives recovered


RAWALPINDI: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested six terrorists of banned outfits besides recovering suicide jackets, explosives, grenades and other items from their possession during combing operations in different areas of Punjab.

Spokesman of CTD said on Saturday that intelligence based operations (IBOs) were conducted against members of defunct organizations in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Dera Ghazi Khan, Sahiwal and Gujranwala.

He said that during separate actions, the CTD detained six terrorists of banned outfits along with explosives, suicide jacket, detonators, hand grenades, weapons, ammunition, cash and cell phones.

The nabbed terrorists included Shoaib Rafique, Baqir, Zahir, Shehzad, Afzal and Asif. Five different cases were registered against the nabbed terrorists and investigations were underway.

The CTD spokesman said that as many as 33 suspects have been arrested in 238 combing operations across Punjab during last one week.

Tirah Valley, 01 Terrorist Arrested

In Tirah Valley, the security forces successfully apprehended one of the injured terrorists.

Key terrorists of the HIA sleeper cell have been arrested by the CTD Sindh, with the assistance of Law Enforcement agencies.

The individuals who have been arrested are:
1) Syed Kamil Haider Abidi alias Ibrahim son of Syed Farzand Ali Abidi
2) Syed Hadi Raza Zaidi alias Zaheer, son of Syed Aftab Haider Zaidi
3) Syed Zahoor Abbas Zaidi alias Ghafar or Chacha, son of Syed Amir Haider Zaidi.

These arrested terrorists had planned to target sensitive installations, important government buildings and prominent personalities in Karachi.

CTD Punjab has apprehended a key commander of the banned Baloch Liberation Army during an intelligence based operation in Dera Ghazi Khan.
According to officials, the terrorist was identified as Rashid Bashmani, who was sharing extremist material on social media and was inciting young individuals towards the terrorist group's activities.

Counter Terrorism Update:

The Punjab Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested four (04) terrorists of banned terrorist organization TTP.

The CTD conducted 27 Intelligence-based Operations (IBOs) in different districts of the province to effectively deal with any untoward incident of terrorism.

The CTD also interrogated 27 suspected persons. A large quantity of weapons, explosives and other prohibited materials were recovered from the terrorists.

1,799 gram explosives, one IED bomb, six detonators, six feet safety fuse wire, four prohibited books of banned literature, four stickers, one mobile phone and some cash have been recovered from the terrorists.

The terrorists had planned to target important installations and other religious places across the province.

166 combing operations were conducted during this week with the help of local police and security agencies.

8,218 persons were interrogated, 22 suspects were arrested.
