What is democracy? It's very hard to answer, but in my opinion, the west electoral system and multi-party system is majority rule, the making of binding decisions by a vote of more than one-half of all persons who participate in an election.

The tyranny of the majority (or tyranny of the masses) is an inherent weakness of majority rule in which the majority of an electorate can and does place its own interests above, and at the expense of those in the minority.

It's not fair, nor efficient.

Also, you can have freedom, or democracy, but you can't have both in the same time. The tyranny of the majority conflicts with the spirit of freedom.

I don't believe Free Speech, which I like, but I don't think it's good for the society. I believe there should be law and limitation to control Speech to some extent. People should be punished if they hurt someone else intentionally. Like any other behavior, speech itself can help or hurt someone else as well.

The Chinese system did NOT go through western democracy, but went through revolution one after another for a hundred years instead. Chinese tried all kinds of political systems and ideologies since 1840, including democracy, constitutionalism, parliamentarism, theocracy. All of them failed completely. When we drove Japanese out after 30 million people died, communists finally win the war and took the power.

In natural science, you do experiment in the lab. In social sciences, China is the lab, we tried all kind of political system and ideology to save China. The one succeeded definitely has it merit.

My Take on free speech is also similar.

As for China... Don't you think that Centralism, may have it's benefits... but it does also bring more disadvantages... When Centralism is your Brain... The quality of your Brain dictate the Quality of your behavior... and therefore centralize Everything on it... that by consequence push the syst to RELY on that brain...

Relying only of the Quality of "Someone" ie The Brain... ie XI ... will lead on pushing the illusion of necessity on that same "Brain"... Therefore That "Brain" could/will choose What is good or bad for him to stay a "Quality Brain"

But the problem in my equation... The Brain is a man... A simple man... Who feel like a simple man... who transgress and limit himself like any simple man...

The fundamental Q arise... If you push the Quality, therefore Power of that Brain... to the extend that none other is Equal to it anymore... Then what will happen tot he Body/Behavior when that same Brain cease to exist or doesn't work properly?
