Indian Military, Indian backed proxies (militant and non-militant) working internally and externally, as well as cyber threats from different other countries including Israel and terrorist organizations. Pakistan Army's communication system as well as IT systems have been targeted in the past. The civilian infrastructure includes NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority), E-Government services and capital markets.
