Cant they store water for when it is needed as for fixing sewage and drainage....seriously thoray say bhi paray likhay hotay they would have spent on that and prevent such floods, diseases even polio can spread thanks to shitty sewage ...

Who cares about people dying because of rains. Making naya Pakistan is more important you know. This is the reason PTI is trying hard to demolish the purana Pakistan. You need to demolish the old building to build a new one.
