India should be branded a danger to women and every country should warn their citizens about the dangers of traveling there. We need to have a UN resolution condemning the treatment of women in India and the abhorrent Bollywood movies that feed this crap.

I totally agree with that. Every govt has the responsibility to protect its citizens from potential dangers and risks and for this very reason a lot of advisories are issued so why not on this issue especially when rape and murder of foreign female tourists is so common in India.

Exactly.. there is no place on Earth, with considerable human population, without crimes or criminals but you look for the traits of the place... For example it has become a trend in Murree for misbehaving and disrespecting the tourists especially ones with families... so regardless of how beautiful this place is, I will not visit it with my family at all or at least I will have 10 strong men protecting my family and ready to smash any rude local. But better I will go to other places like Naran/Kaghan or other northern areas. So going to India is not necessity, you can visit Thailand, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Indonesia...just to name a few.. a lot more beautiful and peaceful places. So I really have no sympathy with such women who step into this shithole and get raped.. they get what they deserved for their foolishness.
