You cannot simply categorize Anti Aircraft Systems by their Theoretical Range. Their are Tons of Factors Involved in it. Anyways Theoretically it is around 200 KM (Similar to and based on S300) while HQ-16 is a rebranded Chinese version of Buk SAM, estimated range of 50km
