Naturally, we permitted US carrier to visit Vietnam, base on requirement from US Navy. The visite is to keep peace in the region and free navigation in East Sea of Vietnam. When US carrier obey the rules of international law. Its OK.
I tell you many time that CHINA IS THE ENEMY OF VIETNAM at this time (China PLA had killed brutally Vietnamese on our land and on our sea). Do you understand ? USA was enemy of Vietnam in the past, in cold war, but nothing is wrong if today USA will punish you on Vietnam east sea, to keep free navigation on the sea of Viet.
Old enemy punish new enemy is OK.
