Its the effort that counts, someone took all that time being mean to Indian pdf users, the least I can do is laugh at it. You dont get 'funny' this pure.

Much easier to shoot the messenger. Indians are too lazy to solve their own problems, and at the same time, they are too prideful to accept criticisms, especially when they come from their former colonial masters.

We do acknowledge these problems, there are specific programs onrunning catered to solving those problems, the poster gives a distorted exaggerated viewpoint. Last time I looked, we laughed at those.
