Chinese newspapers defy ban to report on train tragedy

Yes, even most of the state media such as People's Daily, Global Times, CCTV, Chinadaily etc. defied the ban. Including Sina Weibo, a popular Chinese microblogging site.

You seriously? You never thought that this is because it does not exist a ban? You do not think this is more like a fact?

I don't think there was ever a ban implemented. The rail department might've tried something shady but public opinion is pretty much unanimous in China right now.

Shame for some major propaganda charging officials to order media to do childish things just like that easy to be considered as a coverage.

@huzihaidao12 It's real, here's an excerpt of the leaked directives of the Propaganda Department. Personally I support the media in this situation, but they shouldn't sensationalise too much.

Stop the rumors, this is a well-known rumor, there is no evidence, if it can be a proof, I can even say I saw Mars, you believe that?

is it true that the crash victims were given "make-ups" before their last rites?

we actually take their organ right after the crash to avoid them to rotten result in a poor market price, and for the unmarketable product, we actually eat it, made our great dinner....
