CHINESE MOSQUE | Eid in China | EID 2019
Chinese traditional style mosque

In China it's easy to tell mosques before and after 1949, all mosques before PRC are Chinese traditional style architecture while new mosques after PRC are all middle eastern foreign style buildings.

its even hilarious to see such comments. Mao himself had spared no efforts in demolishing ''traditional chinese stuff'' from china during cultural revolution.

They hell damn look nervous... Just saying
How come the woman on the scene shooting this video didn't sense that?

He targeted some of it , not all of it, the place he lived, 中南海, is an old traditional Chinese house compound.

chinese people have imported and practice loads of western european culture, no chinese person walks around wearing hanfu for instance today, and wears typical western clothing. All this biatch crying that mosques are not traditional chinese, what about churches in china, are they based on traditional chinese architecture or european etc.

regards

Many people do wear Hanfu at least in Beijing, and it's becoming more and more common, but I think Hanfu is not convenient to wear, doesn't fit this modern fast pace society, but of course that's only my personal view.
Many old churches are also Chinese traditional architecture, very similar to old mosques.
China did import many things from the west, western calendar, metric system...and so many other things, China is very open minded and our culture always changes with time to fit the Chinese society better, we are never ashamed of taking what's good and do away with what's outdated and may slow us down in progress and development.

fascism doesnt have any rational tbh, soon the lunietoons may start shooting those who refuse to wear hanfu as well or atleast hybridize hanfu western clothing.

I think Hanfu is not convenient to wear, too long and baggy, and Hanfu hairstyle has to go with Hanfu, it'll take a good one hour until you get ready to go, it doesn't fit in this fast pace society.
