Q: Could you tell us that how many Chinese soldiers are still deployed at the Dong Lang area?

A: This is a very specific question. What I can tell you is that The Chinese border troops continue with their patrols and stationing in the Dong Lang area. China will adjust and deploy its military resources in accordance with the need of guarding the border and the situation on the ground.

Do you see the word stop road building?:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:. So India withdrew unilaterally and China is stationed there and yet are going to continue building rhe road.

1) India asked for mutual withdrawal = NO
2) India asked for road cessation = NO
3) China asked for unilateral withdrawal = YES
4) China to continue building roads = YES

Now this is getting pathetically hilarious.
The answer DOES NOT MENTION anything about THE ROAD.

Oh dear, Chinese have become mad and delusional with grief.
Happens in few cases but this is now extremely hilarious.

1) India asked for mutual withdrawal = YES
2) India asked for road cessation = YES
3) China asked for unilateral withdrawal = NO
4) China to continue building roads = NO

There, adjusted it for the paper dragons to reflect the actual ground scenario.

Psst, btw Indian soldiers are still there :D

Ahhh the frustration, the anger. How can mighty Modi lose to China.

Chinese still crying over the Road? Oh come on let it go now, the longer you are going to hold on to it deeper the hurt will be. Forget the road like a bad dream.

Come on, let them continue.
How often can we have this much fun at the expense of Chinese? :D

You do know the road is still there right?

You do know Indian soldiers destroyed the road and are still there, right? :haha:

Indian troops obstructed the road building process and triggered a stand off, they held hands singing kumbaya and used the excavator to halt the road machines. Read the official statements.. When the big guns came rolling in, YOU RAN like cow wards.:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Thanks for tagging. China may just give Modi a "face" to attend BRICS summit. You Indian can claim whatever you want to claim. It doesn't bother me at all.
For your and other Chinese Posters:
During NSA level meeting in Beijing & even after that China conveyed of bartering 500 Sq. Km of land at north of Bhutan in exchange Doklam Platue area and then Indian NSA remarked why u want to exchange something which you saying it is yours.

So much for moving mountain and not PLA. In Beijing there is undertone that not everything done by PLA is endorsed by polit bureau at Beijing.

Painful commentary:P of a Chinese war monger from the comment section !

Quote from the article:
Wang Dehua, head of South Asia studies at the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies, said negotiations would require concessions from both sides.
===
Liang's comment:
Of course negotiations require concessions from both sides. This is why it is stupid and pointless for China to negotiate. I've said repeatedly that india does not scare me. What scares me is the lack of wisdom of the current government of China. It just wants to negotiate. No matter how much China is invaded, the Chinese government would still love to negotiate with enemies. I think the Chinese government love to tell the Chinese people what a good job it is doing "defending" China without firing a single bullet. It is boasting to the Chinese people that it is wo wise that it is "subduing the enemy without fighting" which is the quintessence of Sun Zi's Art of War. But the truth is the current government of China is giving concessions needlessly which will lead to even greater dangers in the near future. The only winner in this sorry debacle is modi who has now gained international prestige for skillful manipulation of Chinese government. He had stopped China from doing something it has every sovereign right to do. And China got back only the perception that it is a fool.

You can cheer as you wish. If you do care about roads, you should care about the follow facts:

According to our doemstic report, there are 30 new border roads projects launched this year in XiZang(Tibet) province. Last year, 60 billions $ are invest for building road, and it will be almost the same in 2017.

So you do agree that there is no further construction, China has whatever they built before the standoff started.
I cannot say anything bro. Read the official statement:

"We will make an overall assessment of the weather conditions and all related factors, and according to the actual circumstances complete construction plans for the Dong Lang (Doklam) area," spokesperson Hua Chunying told a daily news briefing.

My bet is they are restarting after winter since Modi is going to Beijing soon. We need to let him save some face right?
