I don't think that's really happening. Diesel electric subs generally do not have the speed needed to track nuclear attack subs, unless China somehow created a technology that allows AIP boats to double their speed.

It's AIP in the torpedoes. The tweet has already said it's a kamikaze... This probably means the torpedo is going to be like a 'loitering munition' drone under water.

I am pretty sure the submarines the PN is acquiring from China have such capabilities. It sounds like a death for the IN in Pak's EEZ and its vicinity. Moreover, the PN can take the fight to India's shores, especially those of Bombay, Gujrat, Madras etc......
