Type 022 are the stealth missile boats aka houbei class.

It is a completely new type of light frigate, 1300 ton. The 90 meter patrol vessel is also new. I think these are for export only.

By the way, type 022 is a missile trimaran, I think cross 1993 refer to type 22 frigate sold to Pakistan, but those are about 3000 tons.

Edit: I checked CD thread, Cross1993 was quoting 022 stealth missile boats which is being debated in CD should China export them, not the frigates I mentioned above.
