As accroding to WorldBank annual data statistics at the end of 2009, China's High Technology exports accounted more than 28.7% of its total manufactured exports which came to staggering $381billion, USA ranked the second at $231billion.

In comparison as at end of 2009 other two major global High Technology players
germany had $162billion
japan had $124billiom

and i just quote india's 2010 high tech export number in comparison to Apple Inc's annual reveneue wich is around $6billion``

I was talking about Apple in relation to export, no where does your thread mentioned Apple.

when it applies to economy of scale, if china cant provide those spare parts and have to import from U.S just duty adds alone would make this outsource useless``thats why major high tech manufacturing bases are all in china not because its cheap labour (india's labour cost is 1/3 of chinese on average) is because china has the industrial capability.

apple can find battery, screen, wireless devices in china (of course those chinese suppliers have to meet apple's technical requirement)
