BRI or CPEC will expand into Afghanistan, I don't think Chinese military forces will be in Afghanistan.

there's no need for Chinese military forces in afghanistan. China and afghanistan are not enemies of each other. once the taliban take over, they won't have any enemies in their surrounding neighborhood.

Afghanistan is a hard nut to crack even for China.

...and Turkey thinks Afghanistan will an easy nut to "crack", like Syria...oh well...now they've gone to recruit Hungary to support them in holding Kabul airport....meanwhile US stayed there for 20 years and lost(I love how its not even a topic on TV in US these days - the longest war in US history and inadvertently its biggest loss also).
