But they are becoming reluctant to work in manufacturing sector due to the low wages (although rapidly rising), safety hazards, etc.

Companies too want to use robots as labour wages are rising very fast so they fire workers and invest in industrial robots as they don't have to pay the increasing wages every year and can make a one off investment for a good 5-10 years.

meh, w/e makes China prosper and safe is good.
robots or no robots we are slowly becoming obsolete

China has what a few million peasants coming from the rural areas to cities every year. not seeing how you could have a shortage of labor anytime soon.

Yes i am well aware of how far ahead america has come in robotics which means nobody can criticize china for making progress in it and utilizing them in the work force for the betterment of China.
