Don't listen to that fake spanish Vietnamese who is Vietnamese and not spanish. I live in the west and this is the truth. Most people's high living standards here are financed through cheap credit, ie borrowing rates are quite cheap. So you borrow and you use the money to buy your cars, etc and most of the time people just pay the interest portion of the loan not even the principle. In a way people are using debt to pay off debt.
