There is No Law which Permits Indian Army to Kill Maoists or anything related to them..... Its the State Police and Paramilitaries duty.... And Ak-47's are widely used by Terrorists world wide, does that mean Russia Supplies them with it?

Democracy is low on the wish list right now for the Chinese people. We want continuing peace and security, better rule of law, and economic development. None of that has anything to do with one person one vote aka democracy. Nor is democracy doing a good job of selling its merits, despite the constant nagging by westerners. The economic crisis? Started by the US of A. Over-bureaucracatization and underdevelopment--India. Distintegration and balkanization--Russia. A president who stole millions from the public purse--Taiwan's Chen Shui Bian. Let's not forget Japan, whose democracy has been unable to solve its decades long economic slump.

Face it. Democracy's not an attractive package right now.
