What a beautiful Tibet. The Tibetan people enjoy more benefits than the Han people. The per capita GDP of Tibet is five times that of India.
 
A total of 853 poverty-stricken households from across the Xinghai county of Tibetan autonomous prefecture moved to new government houses.

Phenomenal! Western traditional capitalism could never achieve this. The middle classes in the west are an angry, jealous , cynical bunch who cannot tolerate the alleviation of poverty. I've never understood why.
 
Impressive. Are most of these areas near Lhasa or do they extend into the western parts of Tibet. Building out the train line to the western edge of Tibet and putting these towns and cities would do wonders for showing the Nepalese and Indians along the border what could be done. It could really help get Nepal to side with China for transit trade.
