Since India had veto China from join SAARC, I think it's time for China to organise an China-South Asians summits annually as how we did with Africa nations to discuss trade, investment and connectivities amount ourself as group instead of bi-lateral...and also to discuss the geopolitic of the region and all problem amount ourself and get a consensus as group.
China had a great experience of organizing the multi-laterial forum to discuss the regional and global issue as how we did with Africa since 2000, I believe China-SA summit will be even more sucessifull than the current SAARC..and of course India is welcome.
