The procedural law was is and will be variable according to the Time situation and environmentally inflicted/induced norms etc so it's natural to have different procedures for the same penal law. which(the penal law) in itself is deterrent in nature both(the variability of the procedural law and the dettarent nature of penal law) has been so throughout the history right from the beginning soWhen a decision is made there always people who disagree or state it's wrong interpretation. There are 100s of interpretations of Islam. Taliban have theirs, you have yours, Turks have their etc.
Care to explain at any rate why you think it was "wrong interpretation" or is your thoughts being clouded by the recipient of the Sharia justice, that is Davis?
What I am saying is that various version of antiquated procedurel laws are unsuitable
for our times.
