Can't Access Defence.pk without vpn

I used to be able to access defence.pk without using vpn. That's how I read posts here long time before creating an account myself. But today suddenly while trying to access the site I got no access nxdomain error. Tried with both my broadband internet and mobile internet. Both with same result. Is my ISP just shit or is this another round of internet crack down.

Yes. Bangladesh location is exception due to the same crackdown.
