I think UAE can export with help from South African engineers. They have already developed programs that they worked on at Denel that they copied. They have partnered with Rheinmetall AG for upgrading of the Skyguard system to Skynexus using this missile.

that is just 3 months later down the line. Halcon and EDGE bumped out ridiculous amount of new tech which sort of makes this thread aged badly... Can? They already are? at this point
