The belief system is at fault here. India needs to choose from any of the three pragmatic Abrahamic beliefs or any real religion. Or go for scientific atheistic, communist society. India is inhumane because it follows irrational caveman era Hindu culture which they also call Adharma. It starts with oppressing people in the name of casteism, keep people godless by worshipping cow as god and belive in mythical stories. Even if India is balkanized it will still be oppressing people trapped inside those smaller states and practice those savage cultures. India is oppressor to sorrounding small countries like BD. India should be balkanized in a scientific way. Kashmir and Punjab should go to Pakistan. North (Arya Bharat) and South (Dravidian Bharat) should be different entities, some of North should go from here to Nepal. And East and NE India should go with BD. To make it sustainable all NE India gets autonomy, plus Darjeeling and upper caste practicing Hindus from Bengal be expelled to Arya Bharat and Assamese be expelled to Tibet. Then peace can prevail. These separate entities can later form some sort of EU like union but still remain separate.
