Can Balkanization of India bring Human Development in South Asia?

Why the sea? They can travel through the trade corridors and help build the economy as they pass through.

And why such a green country like Kerala dependent on cows from such far flung areas up north?

I don't know. Kerala does not have enough cows now.

The western Ghats are shrinking due to farmland and agriculture with wildlife suffering from foot and mouth disease brought in by livestock.

I really think Indians know less about India to call it a homogenous country
