As KSA-UAE-Joran-Egypt-Algeria-Tunisia are quite ambitious in having their own programs, can they join in with Chinese on UAVs and other programs?

PAC should look towards acquiring tech to make for Army-AirForce-Navy. Who needs gunship??????

China would welcome them with open arms if they so decide。

I think PAC should try to bring MENA countries close to China over the JV on R&D of Electrical-Electronics for Commercial & Military usage and more over on other fields too.

This and other UAV programs along with next generation fighter jet are such programs that MENA countries must join in.
