Pakistan has in the past purchased anti tank guns and technology from Bulgaria specifically SPG 9. The shells are now manufactured by POF based on Bulgarian TOT. I am not sure about the tubes. There is zero chance of Bulgaria buying JF17s or for that matter anything Chinese. They will buy F16s.
