The invite was before the events of last 3 - 4 days. Things have quickly changed now where both the countries are on the verge of a militarily conflict. I think UAE will back off from their invite now unless something dramatic happens in improvement of ties between Pak and India.

Afterall Muslims make 17% of Israeli population.
