Maduro regime is one of the most corrupt in existence; thanks to this regime, Venezuela is a FAILED economy (and country) in spite of being blessed with incredible amount of natural resources.

As if the entire world is filled with snowflakes and angels. A large number of countries have their share of problems, corruption and internal rifts, and their politicians invite foreign powers to help them in advancing their political goals with assurances of lasting cooperation at state-to-state levels.

Anyways, corruption of Maduro regime is significant enough to not vouch for it.
