Saqib Malik’s Baaji has done reasonably well in its opening Weekend at domestic market. Starring Meera and Amna Ilyas in lead roles, Baaji couldn’t see any growth over the Weekend but that was due to major cricket matches over the Weekend.

Chhalawa Latest Boxoffice Collections In Pakistan.

As per estimates, Baaji has raked in little under PKR 30 million in its opening Weekend which is an encouraging result looking at the genre and cast. Baaji lost atleast 4-5 million over the weekend due to on going cricket world cup. But the losses should be covered on the weekdays and the film must trend better than normal over the weekdays.

The film had done respectable business in first three days but couldn’t show any growth due to cricket matches. Starring Meera, Baaji needed to cover those losses on the Weekdays hence needed to hold well on Monday.

Wrong No 2 Latest Boxoffice Collections In Pakistan.

As per estimates, Baaji has roped in PKR 5 million on Monday as four days cume tops PKR 33 million. The film has shown a drop of little under 45% on Monday compared to Friday which is a very good hold and the film will now need to hold to these levels over weekdays. Baaji is looking set to go close to PKR 50 million by the end of its opening Week.

I really dont know why actresses are dying to do this then they cry they are viewed in a particular manner! I mean in india (just for comparison of the spot), actresses even fought for such roles!

I mean if the movie is good you dont need naked women to bag in viewers and $$! Like many of Bollywood songs do well, the movie not necessarily or vice versa (very little to do with how many naked actresses you can put in!


Same for song videos! You dont need vulgarity if the singer has an awesome voice and lyrics! Like Coke studio and nescafe basement just shows you a studio in a basement like structure yet they get more likes and appreciation then women dancing with beggar like clothes!

Sir, if you know how they enter this filthy industry... the casting couch culture... blah blah.... this is simply a sewer. I'm not saying all actors or actresses are same but the kind which does "item numbers" (I really don't even get why is it called item number). If someone can flaunt her body on screen then usually they do a lot more behind the screen. So better stay away.
