Now i would love to know Honourable CM of J&K Umar Abbdulla's view on AFSPA....i mean if even after having full support of Army..J&K Police is not able to control these kind of small incidents then without AFSPA it will a cake walk for Militants...and these kind of incidents will become common in Kashmir..Like Early 90ies

Now i would love to know honourable Umar Abbdulla's view on AFSPA....i mean if even after having full support of Army..J&K Police is not able to control these kind of small incidents then without AFSPA it will a cake for Militants...and these kind of incidents will become come common in Kashmir..Like Early 90ies

Any clarification if these were freedom fighters or terrorists ??

AFSPA has been proposed to be removed from Srinagar and such other places.

Fact check - Army has not operated in Srinagar for years now. J&K police and CRPF have been able to hold their own.

Army's reservations are different -

1. One year of tranquility is not enough to say peace has returned to the valley. Taking decisions with this premise might fail majestically. Army's advice - Give it more time.

2. Army's convoys pass through Srinagar and they have facilities in there. There point is - if somebody attacks them there, they would have no legal cover if they drop people dead and would be subject to prosecution.

3. Militants might use them as bubbles and they could hide in here after attacking troops at other places.

4. Army doesn't want to lose Rastriya Rifles - largest counter insurgency force in the world. It feels threatened that it might be forgotten and neglected.

Whats the difference:confused:

Nothing much for us and inocent Kashmiri's who wants to live in Peace they are Terrorist

And for

Seperatists who are pro Pakistani's they are so called freedom fighers....

But they forget that the first Principle for being a Freedom fighter is not to kill or Bully Innocent people of their state no matter wether they are Kashmiri Pandits or Kashmiri Muslim
