This is why America should limit it's H1B visa program. It's abused by Indian outsource companies. They don't bring in top talent....they bring in entry level folks from India......work them crazy hour's...and replace them after they burn out. Sad.

The H-1b program is meant for F-1 students who studied advanced degrees in American universities. Even if you ban folks without advanced degrees from US universities Indians & Chinese will claim 90%+ of all visas.

The H-1b program won't stop offshoring of jobs to India. Dell, IBM, HP, Cisco of the world directly employ tens of thousands of employees in India. India makes more money from those payroll of those four companies than Pakistan ever gets in foreign aid

F1 and H1 are different programs. 70% of H1b go to Indian outsourcing companies....largely for entry level positions. That's not the intended goal of the program.....so it needs reforms. Which I think Trump will do.

Correct; it is not just call center/IT; there is entire process business offshoring in bulk.

Nope!. It is entire process and business outsourcing to cheap labour; not just for IT specific only. Take Pepsico- it is essentially now an Indian company inside out; classic case of corporate capture. This is just the start and these companies dont realise they will be eaten inside out by the indian mafias.

It is like this. you have free flow of capital. owners of capital need to maximize their profit. the manufacturing gets shifted to China. Engineering gets shifted partially to India. that is the new model. for every one horror case there are multiple success stories. it is hard to reverse it
