No actually what he says makes sense. I don't think it was a good idea for Pompeo to use the term Frankenstein because after all, the monster does indeed devour the creator. Translated into geopolitical terms, the "frankenstein monster" the US created under Nixon, a la China, is bound to take over the United States (i.e. devour its so called "creator").
