People laughing in background, 2 people shot and yet no panic among the people on sideways ? they just come in, took the body and move, while no one even try to do anything ? the video seems vague .
Yeah. I think It’s probably police officers laughing but I’ve seen this video before the around the time article 370 was eliminated some said it could be even before that.

You need to understand in India lynchings and public murder is pretty common and culturally acceptable... There was a video of a man raping a young girl on a busy street on a public sidewalk and everyone was just walking past as if it was perfectly normal.
... Actually people commonly join in public raping as it is happening as a common thing.. there are many videos of this... Same thing about Lynching
Don't buy into Bollywood India .. that is just an illusion ... Real India is a terror society.

A stomach-churning video of an inebriated man sexually violating a woman in full public view on a pavement of one of India's busiest cities - Vizag - surfaced Monday morning, unleashing a wave of shock across the country.
NEW Delhi (Sputnik) — A mentally challenged woman who was too weak to fight back was raped by a drug addict in broad daylight in the city of Vizag in southern India. The incident has sparked an intense debate on media platforms not only because the heinous crime happened in broad daylight but also because passersby chose to film the incident instead of rescuing the victim.
The police came to the crime scene after being alerted by a cab driver who too captured the attack on his mobile phone. According to the police, the accused — 23-year-old Ganji Siva was high on alcohol and drugs when he committed the crime. He has been arrested. The victim is a mentally challenged middle-aged woman who was forced to live in the pavement after being thrown out of home by her relatives.
