give me please examples of few countries where fear worked ? for example saudi execute publicly and still # of extinctions rising year by year as crimes rising why ?

Public executions would unfortunately attract more world media attention than the than the crime committed by the perpetrator himself. We will have all sorts of human rights groups breathing down our neck.

Don’t compare war torn countries with a functioning government and army country Pakistan, sorry to say brother, but your idea is just off here. No such thing would make next gen hard and tough, schools raise children soft, people don’t even care what happened to a person the next hour, these executions are must. Law must be strengthened to ensure arrest of these sick minds.

Well, making punishments more and more brutal will not help. Law enforcement, even if the punishments are light, will make things better. I can suggest penalties that are even more brutal than these ones, but if culprit knows that he/she with either not be apprehended, or, will never be punished then who will stop them?
Seems like this bill is pointless.

with spreading knowledge and understanding among society . with teaching kids from early age . for giving proper schools so no one send his kids to madrassa for sleep there . issue is social economical not a justice issue . break the taboo and talk open on TV such issues give education to kids . stay with victim and not with offender . dont make rape victim in shame but rapists . police reforms needed for such issues . its a huge issue . our gov is doing what the did in past just play with emotions and enjoy .

tell me please why someone throw his kids in madrasaa for learn sleep and eat there and never visit family for months ? its poverty

why someone rape victim did not speak up ? its rouge society

why people rapeing killing kids ? its mental issue need to be taken care

why we have so many child abusers ? its society dark side need to be talk open and curb it .

why people do not take care of their kids ? its over population sir people making babies like rats and rabbits which they can not feed and secure then . now a days two kids are very hard to look after and jahils here making 5-7-8 kids then whom will take care these ?

be careful dear . in an attempt to prove your self correct and justify you are crossing the limits here. you know what Allah says about qisas ? "aqalmando qisas main tumharay liay bhalae hay agr tum samjho". you may talk against our LEAs, our laws, our policy makers . just dont talk against something instructed in Quran. dont take it as a matter of your ego. the ego and anger makes a person to make even more mistakes just to prove himself right.
as far as saudia is concerned their society is far more safe and secure then pakistan. the main reason being laws and strict punishment. now if you say that still there are that many crimes in saudia so let me tell you we are living in world and not paradise. crimes even used to happen in madina when the Prophet was there. no human society can be hundred percent clean from sins and crimes.

quran says "islam main poray ka poray dakhil ho jao" it is not like kay jo acha lagay wo adopt ker lo or jo order mushkil lagay wo chor do. this was the characteristic of bani israel.
