Bahria/Riaz Malik Rs460b fine should be transferred to dam fund.

To be honest with you, if Pakistan wants they can build this dam from PSDP... but they will have to stop funds for other water or less important projects. I firmy believe the funds are not the biggest issue for the construction of this dam... they should start building first... we can easily allocate 50-100 billion rupees from PSDP and then dam funds/donations, Malik Riaz, corruption recovery funds will kick in.

We just need to set our priorities in order and this dam will be built.

I read somewhere that dam will be built first and no investment being offered for that so we have to build that from our own funds

Dam will pay itself back once build. It will generare 18 billion units per year. Practically free electricity. 1 unit cost Pakistan rs 12 or likely more.

This isnt taking in to account water storage benefits.

Thats my money in that damn fubd too. Plz dont give it to thieves. I'd rather give it to an American , german or south korean firm to build the damn. Chinese and civilian pakistani companies i don't trust em. Even pakistan army enginnering firm is good choice if they build dams.

Even if chinese or pakistani firms give lowest bids don't trust them as i dont. Over all courption will make it expensive and bad quality.

Are you serious? Do you even know what you are talking about. The world's Largest and most advanced civil construction firms are now Chinese not German or Americans. Infact Chinese are the best by far in building dams . China builds more dams in one year than Western companies build in 10 years . You ignorance is shocking.
