South Africa was suspended for apartheid. It is not beyond the ICC to suspend Pak. Would probably require an EGM and a vote. India can count on votes of Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, West Indies, Zimbabwe and South Africa. Proposal should pass easily.
